The Project
In partnership with Jamisa Architects, we undertook the challenge of crafting an exquisite two-storey duplex. Navigating the unique complexities of a sloping terrain and significant rainwater runoff, we employed advanced building strategies and water management solutions to preserve the site's integrity. Through these hurdles, we have meticulously sculpted a luxurious modern duplex that seamlessly integrates two distinct residences, each designed to offer privacy and epitomise a life of luxury.
The Result
The completed duplex is a masterclass in modern mixed materials. Each residence boasts four spacious bedrooms, a walk-in pantry, three elegant bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, a fireplace, an entertaining deck, and a lavish in-ground plunge pool. They also contain all the luxurious amenities customised for a modern family. The integrated kitchen appliances, for instance, are chosen with care and blend seamlessly into the home’s sleek contemporary aesthetics.
Throughout the two homes, strategically positioned skylights were incorporated seamlessly, allowing light to breathe life into its walls. The open-plan living area also transitions seamlessly into the outdoor entertaining zone, where the inviting deck, barbecue, and plunge pool await. The design of the home not only maximises space but creates a versatile environment that can cater to every family occasion, from quiet mornings to lively gatherings.
